Our ideal candidate for Assistant Manager would be a US Graduate preferably with a degree in Business related field.

Responsibilities:
The Assistant Manager will report directly to the manager and will be responsible for Office administration and student counseling including:  

• Assisting the manager in Organizing, planning and implementing strategies.
• Handling daily operations and ensuring agendas and activities are met.
• Counseling students regarding School and Major selection and other related queries.
• Supervising and motivating staffs to meet the organizational goals.
• Create, analyze and interpret data by conducting researches on various universities and programs when required.

Requirements:
To be eligible for the above-mentioned post a candidate needs to meet but not limited to the following requirements:

• Proven experience as assistant manager or similar position in the related field
• Familiar with customer service principles and practices
• Proper Knowledge of MS Office
• Interpersonal and communication skills along with analytical and problem solving ability
• Minimum qualification of Bachelors in Business and related field of study
• Must have a very pleasant Personality

Salary: NRS 50,000 + Incentives
