Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant IT Manager at IT Training Nepal Pvt. Ltd. in Kathmandu. The Assistant IT Manager will be responsible for managing and supporting IT systems, assisting in software and hardware implementation, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring data security and backup procedures. They will also collaborate with the IT team to improve efficiency and functionality of IT systems.

Key Responsibilities: 

Strategic IT Planning:

  • Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with organizational goals.

System and Network Management:

  • Oversee the maintenance and performance of IT systems and infrastructure.

Team Leadership:

  • Manage and support the IT team, including task delegation and performance reviews.

Security Management:

  • Implement and monitor IT security measures to ensure data protection and compliance.

Project Management:

  • Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and organizational objectives.

Coordination and Communication:

  • Ensure smooth course operations through effective communication with teachers, students, and stakeholders.

Record Maintenance:

  • Maintain and update records of student interactions and progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  •  Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Education, Counseling, or related field. Master degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Passionate about helping students achieve their educational and career goals.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to the organization's growth.
  • Leadership and team management
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  •  Familiarity with current IT trends and courses is a plus.
