Implement of the Hygiene Promotional activities:

• Ensure implement the Hygiene promotional activities defined by his/her supervisor.
• Support in Assessment and reporting of WASH needs
• Validate the relevance of the intervention area, the selection of beneficiaries
• Plan the activities accordingly to the development of the project
• Follow the activity advancement by regular visits
• Assist in defining the approach and presenting the activities with local stakeholder
• Implement the Hygiene promotional activities defined by his/her supervisor.

Participate in Monitoring and Supervision of the project activities:

• Regular monitor of the hygiene promotional activities and WASH Volunteers at field level.
• Ensure volunteers capacity building for session facilitation
• Organizing the various day observations with participative activities

Conducting and follow up of HP session, WASH Committee and beneficiaries’ capacity building activities:

• Regular follow up and conduct HP activities at field level ;
• Conduct training and monitoring for WASH Committee and beneficiaries.
• Assist to development of the IEC/ BCC materials and training module

Strengthening Ownership through Advocacy and Partnerships:

• Defining the approach with local stakeholders, others organizations and LGIs.
• Develop an approach that create community demand and change community behaviours
• Ensure communication is open between communities and ACF staffs and that feedback from people is reported to Project Officer

Efficient management of the field stock:

• Proper documentation of the received and delivered materials in the field level
• Ensure the quality of the materials in the field level or in the base level (if needed)
• Ensure the availability and proper use of the materials in the field
• Ensure steps of stock management as per the ACF policy including physical inventory when needed
