Job Description

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records (both digital and physical) in compliance with internal policies and labor laws.
  • Support the coordination and execution of HR initiatives, training programs, and employee engagement activities.
  • Prepare and manage HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and internal communications.
  • Address employee queries regarding HR policies, attendance, leaves, and other general concerns.
  • Monitor employee attendance and leave records using HR software or manual systems.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.).
  • Support performance management processes and documentation.
  • Ensure confidentiality and safe handling of sensitive HR information.
