  • A Master's degree is preferred.


A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in senior management roles within the cement or mining industry, demonstrating a strong track record of effectively managing operational and administrative functions.

Job Responsibilities:ย 

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to streamline processes and address HR and administrative issues.
  • Exercise rigorous control over operational costs to optimize resource allocation and profitability.
  • Oversee all aspects of limestone mining operations, focusing on cost management and efficiency.
  • Strategically manage transportation from mines to factory, optimizing logistics and minimizing disruptions.
  • Collaborate with Logistics Department to streamline processes and mitigate bottlenecks.
  • Foster trust and collaboration through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Ensure fair treatment and a positive work culture for employees while shaping the company's public image.

  • Thorough understanding of mining operations, encompassing cost management, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
