The AGM will assist the leadership in operation, growth and development of the organization with the following key job responsibilities:

• Assist CEO and DGM for the achievement of SWBBL’s goals and strategies
• Program/planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting
• Develop operational strategies and implement so as to achieve targets and milestones
• Develop proposals, products and policy papers
• Establish and develop rapport with different stakeholders
• Perform other duties as directed by the CEO and DGM.

This position requires a person of exceptional caliber and competency. Selection will be based on robust set of competencies demonstrating experience and achievements on areas set below: 

• Master Degree from recognized university
• At least 5 years of working experience at lower-mid management level in banking and financial institution
• Determined personality, result-oriented, and strong human relation skills
• Strong commitment to mission and core values of microfinance
• Knowledge on microfinance sector of the country
• Strong communication skills

Age: Not exceeding 40 years (45 years in case of female candidate).
