  • Should be dynamic and result oriented, process sharp communication skills and fluent in written and spoken English
  • At least 10-15 years and above experience in the Travel and Ticketing field with some kind of Management experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Command of MS Office Applications (MS Word, Excel etc.)
  • Should be able to effectively manage, motivate, evaluate and train a dedicated team of Corporate Travel Consultants
  • Should be able to assist Contract Management, which include maintaining and strengthening our existing client portfolios by building strong Corporate Relations
  • Able to establish new corporate account with different corporate house
  • Focus to develop/use opportunity to get new GSA , PSA from Airlines
  • Able to assist to oversee the Financial Management of all TMC’s and Corporate Accounts
  • Have the capability to maintain strong Public Relations with various Online and Offline Airlines

Job Description

  • To assist to device, implement one Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) applicable for all Travel Department and ensure customer service standards are maintained to the highest degree at all times
  • To assist to devise and implement the annual travel strategy/plan which includes actively identifying, pursuing and securing profitable new business accounts
  • To assist to devise and implement budgets at Yeti Travel Management Center. Budgets should be focused primarily on Training as well as resource allocation/utilization
  • To assist to devise and implement the Monthly and Annual Sales Targets.
  • To assist to devise and implement standardized Daily, Monthly and Annual Sales Reports clearly distinguishing Personal and Official sales data
  • To assist to devise and implement Job Profiles/TORs based on existing job titles/positions
  • To assist to devise and implement Cross-Staffing Policy
  • Implement yearly Staff Performance Appraisals as per the Company’s Manuel’s
