Job Description

  • Serves customers by providing answers regarding products and services, suggesting information about other products and services
  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and service
  • Managing large amounts of incoming calls and customer service inquiries
  • Ensure excellent service standard, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction 
  • Need to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively to generate sales leads that develop into new customers
  • Need to handle customer complaints, provide alternative solutions within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Resolve customer complaint via phone, email, mail or other social media platform
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts with proper documentation
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
