Bachelor in Computer Application
Minimum 3 years of managerial experience
Outstanding Organization Skills and Management skills
Experience in sales management would be beneficial

Creative problem solving skills
Ability to adapt to a constantly evolving industry landscape
Preference will be given to the candidate having banks/development banks background

Management of all customer related activities, handling employees immediate grievances, taking accountability of the branch and its functions
Reporting to the CXO will be the following functions: Sales, Field support, Operations & Maintenance,Customer Care, Administration (incl. stock control, Billing & Collection
Develop appropriate business plans and budgets for the branch in line with the company plans and to be approved by the CEO and the Board
Lead and motivate the branch management team and ensure the achievement of goals and targets
Develop and implement operational plans and measurement systems for each of the functional units within the branch
Managing budgets, allocating branch funds, and defining financial objectives
Hire, train and develop the functional managers/supervisors in cooperation with HR in HO
Ensure sufficient level of management control for all aspects of branch activities
Maintain, manage and monitor all customer related operational issues
Develop and execute branch sales strategies to maximize revenues.
Ensure coordination between sales, marketing, accounts and administrative departments
Maintain all relevant databases and update
