Roles and responsibilities of this job

Site searching for new Big mart branches.
Conducting feasibility study (e.g. location analysis) for renting/leasing, acquisition of new establishments.
Review & collect all relevant documents related to lands.
Any other works assigned by department head

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum +2 completed
At least 1-2 years of experience in any field of work
2 wheeler & License mandatory
Basic knowledge of real estate within Kathmandu valley will be preferred.
Time Flexibility and massive travelling expected.
