Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts and Finance Assistant to support the company’s accounting and finance operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, assisting in bookkeeping, and supporting reporting and compliance activities. Fresh graduates with a relevant academic background are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining day-to-day accounting and financial records
Support bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial documentation
Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
Ensure compliance with taxation requirements and statutory regulations
Support budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reconciliation
Assist in ERP systems (SAP Business One or similar) for accounting tasks
Coordinate with internal teams for timely financial information
Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by senior officers

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Age:Less than 28 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
Proficiency in basic accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial records
Knowledge of taxation and financial documentation will be an added advantage

Experience:

Relevant work experience in accounts and finance will be an added advantage. (Fresh graduates may also apply)

Preferred Requirement:

Working knowledge of computer applications (MS Excel, Word, accounting software)
Exposure to ERP systems (SAP Business One or similar) will be an added advantage
