Key Responsibilities:

Perform data entry and bookkeeping tasks to maintain accurate financial records.
Manage the Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) function, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
Assist with payroll function, including calculations, processing, and compliance with relevant regulations.
Conduct bank and general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
Prepare financial statements in accordance with accounting standards and organizational guidelines.
Support tax return preparation, ensuring compliance with local and national tax regulations.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in a similar accounting role, demonstrating proficiency in data entry and bookkeeping.
Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions.
Experience with payroll processing and compliance.
Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
