Job Description

Semi Qualified CA
Create work schedule and job duties for junior employees
Software handling
TDS calculation, planning TDS deposit, making corresponding entries/VAT Deposit
Planning CIT deposit and corresponding account entries
Sending weekly debtors report to CFO and getting updates from stores for delayed collection
Ensuring all the monthly expenses are booked like rent, salary, custom, petty cash and other expenses and send monthly Pl account to CFO
Facilitating tax audit and external audit
Getting quarterly stock verification report from stores and doing needful on the report...
TT/LC nil/Stock entries
Monitoring cash management/Periodic cash verification and reporting to CFO
Assisting CFO with various tasks including financials, budget, target setting, profit planning etc.
Handling accruals and prepayments
Reviewing work of subordinates and tracing errors
Proper knowledge of all agreements made with different parties
Ensuring cash and bank are reconciled each month
Ensuring proper recording of all assets, their coding and yearly verification and report to CFO on any discrepancies
Visiting tax offices and other private and govt. offices as required
Other tasks and reporting as designated by CFO
