Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Recording of all entries in Tally.
Review the Tally Trial Balance every week.
Filing vouchers and supporting documents in the correct order and physical/digital files.
Following the procurement process for all purchases.
Processing claims and invoices for payment after proper authorization.
Preparing MEMOs with supporting documents.
Performing TDS, E-TDS, Party, and Bank Reconciliations.
Reconciling with debtors and creditors to ensure uniformity in transaction recording.
Cross-checking invoices and claims with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy.
Reconciliation of Assets and Inventories Statement.
Ascertaining the validity of supporting documents concerning applicable tax laws, regulations, and company policies.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s Degree in BBA or BBS.
Basic Accounting Concepts and knowledge of the VAT & Tax Act.
Must have good Nepali typing skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability and willingness to work in a team and to work under pressure.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
