Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Supervisor to join our team at SASNA.  In this mid-level position, you will be responsible for overseeing sales operations in your respective allocated job location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of increasing sales, timely collection of PDC, and controlling damage and expiry.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise a team of sales representatives in the assigned areas
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement
  • Train and mentor sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Ensure proper merchandising and promotion of products in assigned areas
  • Conduct regular market visits to assess competition and identify new business opportunities
  • Control damage and expiry of products through effective inventory management
  • Ensure proper daily reporting and documentation of sales activities
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote brand awareness
