Area Sales Representative

• Define sales target, set financial goals for the area and execute programs
• Monitor sales operations and ensure that sales targets are met 
• Build strong relationship with agents in the specified territory
• Promote Khalti in the specified area
• Dealer and Channel Management
• Create a strong agent network in the specified area leading to increase in transactions and sales
• Develop training programs designed to help the sales representatives improve their techniques
• Manage sales force within the specified territory
