Job Description

  • Responsible for managing sales operations in a specified geographic area to increase market share and revenue
  • Implementing organizational sales strategies, managing relationships with clients and customers
  • Generating New Leads & Customers 
  • Frequent visits to industry influencers (Civil consultants, architects and contractors) dealers, customers, etc.
  • Presenting Products & Company Profile to Potential Customers
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives as established by the organization
  • Providing ongoing support and training to other members of the sales team
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats
  • Preparing reports and presentations on sales performance and progress
  • Make offers with technical and commercial knowledge
  • Negotiating with potential customers
  • Handling all pre-sales customer support issues
  • Sourcing of opportunities, business development, pricing (with estimators) and presentation of proposals to the development, architecture, interior design, building contractor, dealers, customers, etc. and other specification markets
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and submittals depending on the type of project/client
  • Provide customers with full information about the status and delivery of their orders
  • Collate marketing information on market conditions, competitive analysis and report on marketing and sales forecasts
  • Interacting with company present Customer for their feedback
  • Working closely with other departments within the organization to ensure that sales operations are aligned with overall business goals and objectives.
