  • The candidate must be willing to travel frequently as a part of the job
  • Ability to speak and write in Nepali and English
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office and Accounting Software
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Description

  • Determine annual Sales target of each corresponding area, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
  • Coordinate with the Country Sales Manager to Implement National Sales Program by developing area sales action plans.
  • Meeting the sales target of the organization through effective planning and budgeting
  • Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning marketing staffs, following up on the work result
  • Daily meeting with the Marketing Subordinates, Prepare daily work plan and schedule the work plan for effective utilization of the staffs.
  • Maintain area sales and marketing staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring and appraising job results.
  • Monitor the Sales, Outstanding and Credit Limit of the Dealer & Party and timely coordinate for meeting collection and sales target.
  • Maintain the Dealer Database and effectively coordinate the corporate office regarding the same.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Forward daily MIS report to the corporate office regarding Sales and Collections.
  • Co-ordinate with the Accounts department for the Calculation of the Painter Scheme, Dealer Scheme, Annual TOD.
  • Any other necessary duties and responsibilities as prescribed by the Management
