Area Sales Manager (ASM)

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to oversee sales operations within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing distribution networks, identifying new business opportunities, and strengthening relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, retailers, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives within the designated territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, and customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
• Conduct regular market visits to strengthen customer relationships and generate sales.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivable management.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback for management.
• Support, guide, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and achieve targets.
