Role Description

We're excited to announce an opening for an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Ramailo, focusing on our range of retail packs including atta, maida, suji, pizza flour, and premixes in the Bagmati region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Launch and promote our range of flour products in the Bagmati region.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to capture and increase market share.
  • Identify and add new distributors to expand our distribution network.
  • Drive sales and ensure the successful penetration of our products in the market.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on sales goals and strategies.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Knowledge of flour products and the baking industry
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • 4-5 years of experience in the wheat flour, khadyanna, rice, or related sectors.
  • Proven track record in sales and marketing, with a focus on retail products.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with distributors.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results and achieve sales targets.
