Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Kathmandu. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and developing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with customers, conducting market research, analyzing sales data, and achieving sales targets. They will also be responsible for training and supervising sales teams, participating in promotional activities, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the alcohol industry
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in market research and data analysis
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
