Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our sales operations in the Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, Lalitpur, Biratnagar, and Bhairawaha areas. Your primary duties will include:

Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Managing and leading a team of sales representatives.
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and distributors.
Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to make informed decisions.
Preparing sales reports and forecasts

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you should possess the following qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in the beverage industry.
Proven experience in sales management and team leadership.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
