Maintaining and developing relationships with all distributors
Identifying potential customers (Distributors) for new business
Representing the organisation at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations in your area
Recording sales and order information
Take responsibility for any customer complaints / issues & resolve them at earliest possible
Perform credit checks on customers to ensure outstanding balance within limits before accepting an order
Following and maintaining the account settlement of distributors as per company policy
Making market penetration and target achievement as per given standards
