Must have completed Intermediate or Bachelor's Degree in architecture or civil engineering
Should be fluent in Autocad
Should understand engineering drawing and basic concept
Should have willingness to learn new technologies
Candidate with fluency in Japanese language will be preferred but not mandatory

Make detail construction drawings using AutoCAD and develop technical drawings and plans for construction projects using CAD software
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and clients to ensure drawings accurately reflect project specifications
Modify and update existing drawings as necessary to reflect changes in design or construction plans
Create visual aids to help clients understand construction plans
Ensure all drawings meet industry standards and regulations
Maintain accurate and organized files of all drawings and design plans
