IMC Worldwide: A DT Global Company is working actively on various projects in South Asia and is looking for suitable candidates 

Scope of Work:

• Lead activities related to preparation of pre-feasibility and feasibility studies documenting the viability of various urban development projects outlining the economic, technical, social, and institutional viability of investment including the social and market demand and integrated value analysis of various urban development projects
• Develop a comprehensive marketing and promotion plan for attracting potential investors for urban development related projects and mobilize strategies to package the product with an objective to showcase in investment promotion activities
• Develop wide variety of urban and regional planning exercises including land use planning, socio-economic analysis, urban design, infrastructure, and environmental planning
• Develop plan, direct, and coordinate activities of the project/s in urban development
• Develop project plans that identify key issues, approaches, and performance matrices
• Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project and determine required resources to execute, implement, and complete the project 
• Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities 
• Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones
• Formulating risk management matrix, plans, implementation, and risk management strategies
• Tracking project deliverables and monitoring quality assurance measures 

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Full time (2 years) Master’s degree in Architecture or Urban Planning or equivalent 
• At least three years of working experience in business/investment project development within either a private sector corporate body, bank, financial institution, or government development-focused agency/authority
• preparation activities in the infrastructure sector.
• Proven experience in undertaking research and related publication
• Proven experience in conducting training and event management
• IT software proficiency (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) with good report-writing and presentation skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
