Oversee elements of the design and construction processes
Develop, organize, review building plans, elevations, sections, 3D views, etc.
Consult with clients, take necessary feedback and incorporate required suggestions
Ensure that construction projects meet environmental, safety, structural, zoning and aesthetic standards
Determine and schedule different stages of the building process according to client needs
Monitor progress and ascertain whether phases of the construction process are in compliance with building plans and project deadlines
Follow up on the design works and also the after sales follow up
Frequent site visits to have knowledge on latest progress
Create SOP for the department
Assist in the process of hiring of new staffs in the department
Take the lead in the department to set any new rules or regulation by laws
