Other Specification

Requirement:

You have completed Diploma in Architecture/Interior design/ Bachelor in Architecture
You need to be proficient in Auto-Cad
Experience with Revit but not necessary
2+ years’ experience within the residential building industry but not necessary
Sound construction knowledge
You have to be fluent in English (Reading & Listening)

Extra points if you have Australian experience in similar roles

Job Description

ITI BUILDING DESIGN is an Australian based Building design firm looking to establish branch office in Nepal. We are seeking a Draftsperson / Architect with design and working drawings experience to join our team on a full-time basis. The selected candidate will be provided good training and support but candidates must have a high desire to learn.

Tasks you will be performing includes:

Prepare a floor plan sketch
Drawings for planning approval submission
Working drawings issued for construction.
