Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Architect to manage architectural design, prepare construction drawings, and collaborate with engineers and clients to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in reviewing project proposals, specifications, and required documentation
Prepare detailed construction drawings using architectural software
Collaborate with engineers, clients, and other architects to ensure accuracy of designs
Modify and update existing drawings to reflect changes in design or construction plans
Create visual aids to help clients understand construction plans
Ensure all drawings comply with industry and construction standards

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 4 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or other architectural software

Experience & Skills:

Minimum 4–5 years of experience in architectural design
Ability to create construction drawings, 3D models, and visual presentations
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams and collaborating with engineers and clients
