Cadd Centre was established with the mission of providing consultancy services to individuals, institutional as well as governmental, semi-governmental and private sectors involving in the development activities of the country. Cadd Centre was established on 2073 BS by a group of Architects, Planners, Civil engineers, Surveyor and Management experts with an objective to aim of bringing forth creative yet practical solutions to the civil engineering, architectural, and planning scene. The services of Cadd Centre cover a wide range of activities comprising of Property valuation, Architecture Design, Urban design and planning, Urban conservation and heritage preservation, landscape design and planning, interior design etc. Moreover, Cadd Centre is essentially focused on the valuation, design, supervision and financial consultancy services of tourism-based infrastructures such as hotels, resorts, Banquets, Convention centers, malls, theaters, commercial complexes etc.
Though the firm is not too old and has been practiced almost decades, and has already done remarkable achievements in tourism infrastructures, the firm presently boasts of its experienced members of hard-working quality, necessary to boost up the firm to achieve its next levels goals and objective in a comprehensive manner and to explore greater heights. The status of the firm is further enhanced due to the presence of outside assistance of some reputed organizations and persons who are related to the Consultancy and are the strength to offer our services as complement to the rapid growth of the country’s changing infrastructure and its development
Cadd Centre has adequate technical and administrative support staff, and the office is well equipped with modern facilities and equipment. The office of the firm is located at Lazimpat-02, Kathmandu and qualified professionals dedicated to provide quality service are running it.
