Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a skilled and creative Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring the quality and timely execution of projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Nepal’s building regulations, proficiency in architectural design software, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Develop architectural concepts, space plans, and detailed designs.
Prepare municipal, approval, and working drawings.
Prepare plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and site teams.
Conduct site visits and monitor project execution and quality.
Prepare client presentations and incorporate design revisions.
Prepare, organize, and manage drawing schedules and documentation.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of Nepal Building Code, municipal bylaws, FAR, setbacks, and approval procedures.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
Knowledge of Lumion or Enscape will be an advantage.
Nepal Engineering Council registration preferred.
Strong design, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
