We specialize in architectural design, engineering consultancy, interior design, project management and turnkey project delivery.

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a highly motivated, creative and technically competent Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will contribute to the design and delivery of residential, commercial, institutional, hospitality and mixed-use developments while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and design excellence.

Position Summary

The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed design documentation, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and supporting project delivery from concept through construction. The role requires strong design capability, technical expertise, effective communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects within established timelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Planning

• Develop architectural concepts, schematic designs and detailed design proposals.
• Prepare construction drawings, technical documentation and design presentations.
• Produce accurate plans, elevations, sections, schedules and detailing.
• Ensure all designs comply with applicable building codes, regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct design reviews and recommend practical, innovative solutions.

2. Project Coordination

• Coordinate effectively with structural, MEP, landscape and interior design teams.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and authorities throughout project development.
• Participate in project meetings and present design proposals professionally.
• Assist in obtaining statutory approvals and project documentation.
• Construction Support
• Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress.
• Review shop drawings and material submissions.
• Respond to technical queries and resolve design-related issues during construction.
• Ensure construction quality aligns with approved design intent.

3. Documentation & Quality Control

• Prepare complete architectural documentation for all project stages.
• Maintain accurate project records and document revisions.
• Ensure consistency, quality and accuracy in all project deliverables.
• Support internal quality assurance procedures.

4. Innovation & Technology

• Apply Building Information Modelling (BIM) principles where applicable.
• Utilize modern architectural software and digital collaboration tools.
• Stay informed about emerging design technologies, sustainable construction practices and industry trends.
