Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, planning, and managing architectural projects, while ensuring compliance with building codes, client requirements, and sustainability standards. This role involves collaborating with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative and functional design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare architectural designs, drawings, and detailed construction documentation.
Develop 2D and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software.
Collaborate with clients, engineers, and consultants to finalize design requirements.
Conduct site visits to ensure designs are implemented correctly and comply with specifications.
Review and approve project drawings, plans, and materials.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
Assist in project planning, cost estimation, and scheduling.
Support senior architects in conceptual design and client presentations.
Keep abreast of industry trends, materials, and technologies.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in architectural design and project execution.
Proficient in design software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3DS Max, or equivalent.
Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
Excellent drawing, visualization, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with sustainable design and green building practices.
Knowledge of interior design, landscape architecture, or urban planning.
Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and contractors.
