Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for talented and motivated Architects to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of building interiors that are functional, aesthetically appealing, and sustainable.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and project goals.
Develop Interior Design concepts that balance functionality, sustainability, and aesthetics while aligning with client expectations.
Create detailed drawings and 3D models using design software, ensuring all designs comply with relevant codes, regulations, and standards.
Prepare project documentation, including specifications and construction details.
Conduct site visits to oversee progress and ensure adherence to design plans.
Work closely with all the stakeholders (client, contractors and project managers) to ensure seamless execution.
Ensure the final construction meets quality standards and aligns with the original design intent.
Stay updated with industry trends, building codes, and materials for innovative solutions.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

Experience & Skill:

Proven experience of 3 to 4 years in architectural/interior design.
A strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects that include residential and commercial buildings, demonstrating design versatility and technical competence.
Proficiency in the use of design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray with strong visualization and drafting skills.
Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with various teams.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and clients.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, under tight deadlines.

Note:

Candidates must have a driving license. (Mandatory)
Only serious candidates with a bachelor’s or master's degree in Architecture are requested to apply.
Should be willing to work in the field of INTERIOR DESIGN.
