About the job

The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect who is able to construct design of residential building, commercial building, school project & other civil infrastructure using AutoCAD or REVIT. She will also be responsible for content creation.

Duty Location: Uttardhoka

Responsibilities

• Create plans and drawings which clearly outline architectural design of project
• Draft Working drawing & structure Drawing 
• Utilize knowledge of architecture in order to create ideal finished product
• Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work.
• Interior design work & content creation for marketing and promotion purpose. 
• Oversee and make recommendations throughout entire construction process
• Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture
• Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup & rendering platform such as Lumion, Enscape etc.

Other Requirements 

• Scooter and valid driving license
• Fresher are encouraged to apply 
• Candidate should have a knowledge of building by laws.
