Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect at RV Group in Kathmandu. The Architect will be responsible for architectural design, project management, software development, integration, and overall architecture planning and implementation.

Qualifications

Experience:

• 3 years of experience in architectural design and project management.

• Experience with sustainable and eco-friendly design practices is a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Ability to create detailed architectural drawings and blueprints.

Design Abilities:

• Strong creative and innovative design skills.
• Ability to conceptualize and translate ideas into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.
• Familiarity with various architectural styles and trends.

Communication Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Project Management:

• Proficiency in project management software.
