Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for talented and motivated Architects to join our team. The ideal candidates will
be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of building interiors that
are functional, aesthetically appealing, and sustainable.

Should be willing to work in the field of INTERIOR DESIGN.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences and project goals.
Develop Interior Designs that balance functionality, sustainability, and aesthetics while aligning with client expectations and create detailed drawings and 3D models using design software, ensuring all designs comply with relevant codes, regulations, and standards.
Prepare project documentation, including specifications and construction details.
Conduct site visits to oversee progress and ensure adherence to design plans.
Work closely with all the stakeholders (client, contractors and project managers) to ensure seamless execution.
Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring milestones are met.
Ensure the final construction meets quality standards and aligns with the original design intent.
Stay updated with industry trends, building codes, and materials for innovative solutions.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Qualifications:

Academic Qualifications other than Bachelor's / Master in Architecture are not acceptable.

Experience & Skill:

Proven experience of 2 to 5 years in architectural design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects.
Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray).
Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating teams.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and clients.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, under tight deadlines.
