Roles and responsibilities of this job

Technical Drawing Creation: Prepare detailed architectural and structural drawings using appropriate software.
Change Order Management: Handle and incorporate change orders, ensuring all modifications are reflected in the project plans.
As-Built Drawing Development: Develop accurate as-built drawings based on completed construction projects.
Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
Municipality Drawing & Specification Knowledge: Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations, including creating and submitting municipality drawings and specifications.
Architectural Drawings: Design and draft comprehensive architectural plans for projects.
Structural Drawings: Create and refine structural drawings, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project specifications.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Less than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

A degree in drafting, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
Must be familiar with interpreting and developing detailed construction drawings, adhering to both client requirements and industry standards.
Strong understanding of standard drafting principles and techniques, ensuring precision and compliance with regulations.
Basic Understanding of Construction Materials and Methods.
Ability to analyze and address design challenges with effective solutions.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and permitting processes.
Knowledge of sustainable architecture practices.
