Vacancy Notice: Architect for Building Design 

Position: Design Architect (2 Positions) 

Location: Tinkune, Kathmandu 

Experience: 1-2 years in building design (Freshers are also welcome to apply)

Job Description: 

We are looking for a talented and creative Design Architect to join our dynamic team for building construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in architecture with 1-2 years of practical experience in building construction. Freshers who demonstrate strong potential and a willingness to grow are also encouraged to apply. This role requires strong design skills, creativity, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication.

Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative architectural designs, plans, and specifications for building projects.
• Create detailed 3D models and renderings to visualize design concepts.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and incorporate feedback into design solutions.
• Work closely with project managers, consultant engineers, and civil site engineers to ensure design intent and project goals are achieved.
• Conduct site visits to oversee the implementation of design and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Prepare and present design proposals, drawings, and reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) and other software tools for drafting and design.
• Ensure all architectural designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and best practices in architecture and construction.

Skills Required:

• Proficient in AutoCAD and other architectural design software (e.g., SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, Photoshop etc.).
• Strong visualization and 3D modeling skills.
• Excellent design, visualization, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of building construction processes, materials, and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication skills for liaising with project stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of other design and project management software and tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in building design projects (Freshers are also welcome to apply).
