Nepal Center for Engineering and Research Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a candidate for an Architect position in Kathmandu, Nepal. Under certain conditions, flexible work location and flexible working hours can be made possible. 

  Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Preparation of architectural drawings/working drawings
• Delivering conceptual design in 2D as well as 3D forms.
• Proficiency in preparation of municipal drawings and its rules
• Prepare construction drawings using AutoCAD
• Site visit and supervision
• Good Knowledge of 3D visualization and implementation
• Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets
• Assist engineers in Civil Engineering Design
• Information search, research and data analysis
• Prepare technical reports
• Limited administrative and managerial tasks

The successful candidate must be willing and able to work with minimum supervision, should be able to take the initiative and self-learn, interested in seeking new knowledge and challenges, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and willing to be flexible in working hours to accommodate foreign partner companies (overnight working is not expected). The position would be more suitable for an individual who is interested in and willing to handle the conditions of a growing organization while contributing to its growth. The successful candidate will receive training in required software.
