Roles and responsibilities of this job

Advise architectural design team on structural and construction issues
Formulate project cost and BOQ estimates in accordance with market rates
Prepare contractors tender, construction agreements, payment schedules, work schedules
Willing to travel to project sites around Nepal to supervise works.Project management, and construction supervision and progress reporting

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years
