Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a motivated and eager-to-learn Intern - Civil Engineer - Intern to support our procurement and project coordination team. This internship is designed for students or recent graduates who want practical exposure in construction procurement, material handling, and site coordination. The ideal candidate should be curious, responsible, and willing to learn real-time project operations under supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in procurement-related tasks for construction projects
Support the preparation of basic BOQ and material requirement lists
Help in sourcing suppliers and collecting quotations
Coordinate with site engineers for material updates and requirements
Assist in maintaining procurement records and documentation
Support tracking of material delivery and basic inventory updates
Help in organizing supplier/vendor data and files
Assist in market research for construction materials and pricing
Support administrative and reporting tasks related to procurement
Learn and assist in day-to-day procurement and project coordination activities

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Not Required

Other Specification

Currently studying or recently completed a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
No prior experience required (freshers encouraged)
Basic understanding of construction materials and site work (preferred)
Familiarity with MS Excel and MS Word
Willingness to learn procurement and construction processes
Good communication and teamwork skills
Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented attitude
