Position: APAC Recruiter

No of positions: 1

Shift Timings: 7.30 AM To 4.30 PM

Office location: Kamalpokhari

Salary range: 30K to 35K + Incentive+SSF

Qualification: Any graduation completed with good communication skills

Experience: Atleast 1 year in IT recruitment 

Work from office.

• Experience in Recruiting candidates in( countries like Singapore, Malaysia, Australia will be added advantage)
• Extensive experience in end to end IT recruitment cycle like Source, evaluate, qualify, submit, and follow up to candidate deployment.
• Strong knowledge on IT Technologies
• Identify and submit qualified candidates based on the provided job description.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of job requisition / description for required competencies, skills, knowledge required of successful applicants from the delivery consultant.
• Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon the job position by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources.
• Develop an ongoing and diverse pipeline using research, networking, database mining, etc. for prospective applicants.
• Having used social media and recruiting tools to source technology resources.
• Technically screening profiles according to the job specifications, Interview Scheduling and follow - ups.
