Location: Work-from-home for a company based in Europe

Overview:

This is a full-time remote position where you will work primarily with Nepali colleagues but need to have excellent English communication skills. The role offers a high degree of flexibility in working hours; however, you must be available for communication throughout the day and be open to working during non-office hours when required.

Key Responsibilities:

Calculate the cost of goods to be sold in Excel, factoring in buying prices, transport costs, exchange rates, taxes, etc.
Inputting and maintaining product data in our product master data (maintained in Excel), ERP system, POS system and eCommerce system (Shopify). Making sure the product data is consistent across different systems.
Ensure consistency of product data across all systems.
Prepare various Excel files and distribute them to different teams.
Analyze data to identify errors and provide insights.
Develop and execute marketing strategies for the company’s eCommerce site.
Assist with one-time tasks and other responsibilities related to product data and systems.
Take on tasks related to data, systems, marketing, and accounting as assigned.
Depending on your abilities and qualifications, you may be given other duties as well relating to data, systems, marketing and accounting.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Education: BBA/MBA or similar qualifications.
Technical Skills: Strong computer skills and Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Language Skills: Excellent command of English.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities.
Work Ethic: Ability to work independently with self-initiative.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and thoroughness.
Additional Advantage: Experience or interest in online marketing is preferred but not mandatory.

Note: Freshers with strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are highly encouraged to apply.
