Prakriti Resort and Organic Farm is looking for a skilled and passionate All-Rounder Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should be capable of preparing a variety of cuisines using fresh, organic ingredients while maintaining high standards of hygiene, taste, and presentation. A flexible and team-oriented individual who enjoys working in a resort and farm-based environment is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including Nepali, Continental, and basic international cuisines.
Plan daily menus in coordination with management, focusing on organic and farm-fresh ingredients.
Ensure food quality, taste, presentation, and portion consistency.
Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen in compliance with food safety standards.
Manage food preparation for guests, staff meals, and special events when required.
Handle inventory, proper storage of ingredients, and minimize food wastage.
Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely food delivery.
Follow kitchen SOPs and assist in any other kitchen-related duties as required.

Understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
Physically fit and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
