Job Description

Develop knowledge on scientific farming (crop calendars, farming manuals) for selected crops to increase yield and profitability in focus clusters of Nepal
Develop and execute programs for farmer participation and training
Develop agriculture value chain partnerships ( Farming Inputs, Seeds, tools, fertilizers, production training, Postharvest, and Market linkage) to provide holistic support to farmers of aQysta’s working area
Develop agriculture intervention programs of the company
Collect and analyse data related to agriculture intervention programs of aQysta ( Monitoring and Evaluation)
Building partnerships with agriculture-related government authorities, knowledge and development organizations
Close monitoring of the progress of farming activities
