About the job

Digital Marketing:

• Plan and execute engaging marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) platforms, email marketing, SMS marketing, and push notifications.
• Manage UG Cakes' Google My Business account, including responding to reviews, messages, and posting cake photos.
• Design website banners and popups to capture leads and promote special offers.
• Craft engaging blog posts to showcase UG Cakes' expertise and drive website traffic.
• Manage website content by creating and maintaining product categories.

After-Sales Support:

• Resolve customer inquiries and troubleshoot any issues that arise after a purchase.
• Respond promptly and professionally to reviews posted on the UG Cakes website.
• Follow up with past leads through phone calls to nurture relationships and convert sales.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of social media marketing, email marketing, and content creation is preferred but Freshers are also encouraged to apply
• Bachelors Final Year Running or Completed
