Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Advocate at Gitanjali Law Firm located in Pokhara. As an Advocate, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients. Your daily tasks will include preparing legal documents, conducting research, attending court hearings, and advocating for clients' rights and interests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
• Admission to the Bar Council
• Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal procedures
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct
• Prior experience in a law firm or legal department is preferred
