Job Description

• Create and implement a structured plan to achieve admission targets
• Processing Applications (checking and assessing based on requirements) – Paper Based/Online
• Handling CRM Panels – Admissions + Complete Agent Panel (Checking Applications, Uploading Offers, Defer Request, Deposits, Refunds, and Accommodation etc.) 
• Answering telephonic queries from the branches/Universities/Sub Agents/ and other partners 
• Handling E-mails and responding back (Branches/Universities etc.)
• Checking Applications on Universities Portals and updating branches with the status accordingly.
• Uploading Offers/Decisions/Deposit Slips on CRM
• Chasing branches for Pending documents
• Chasing Universities for the Applications outcomes
• Prepare and send MIS/ Reports in prescribed formats 
• Provide support to other team members if needed.
• Any tasks assigned by the supervisor or Director’s

Skills and Qualification

• Should have bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 2years of similar experience in an educational consultancy field
• Result-orientated and able to work under pressure to achieve targets
• Committed to work on long term 
• An ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, students and other members of the public of all age groups and social backgrounds
