VITO Education is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admission Officer to join our admissions team. The Admission Officer will play a crucial role in guiding prospective students through the application process, ensuring they have a seamless and supportive experience.

Job Responsibilities:

Application Processing: Review and evaluate student applications to ensure all required documents are submitted and complete.
Documentation Guidance: Provide clear instructions to prospective students on application requirements and necessary documentation.
Follow-Ups: Maintain regular communication with applicants to update them on their application status and address any inquiries.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with various departments (financial aid, academic departments) to facilitate smooth admissions processes.
Data Management: Accurately enter and maintain applicant data in the admissions database.
