Job Description

Welcome and greet customers in a professional manner
Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner
Deal with general queries and pass them to concerned authorities if necessary
Handle school's appointment, take messages and forward it to concerned departments
Operate school management database and keep it updated
Ensure the front office area is neat, tidy and presentable, with all necessary resources and materials
Maintain and update all incoming and outgoing official documents properly
Closely coordinate with the other departments to run the school operations smoothly
Ensure that all equipment and devices at the front office are in functional condition
Maintain and update all official documents/logbooks/forms/formats/register/files at the front office and keep it recorded physically as well as digitally
Perform other administrative and clerical jobs as and when assigned by the school's authorities
